What Is The Best P2P Monster To Train Defense On After EOC?

Help please. I need 85 Defense...
Wondering what monster gives the most experience, not high risk and not in the Wilderness.

Try bandits, yaks, armoured zombies (alter there 24/7), slayer tasks.

You need to do the Defender of Varrock quest first. Then, it will be obvious where to find them.

yeah deadly red spiders. Maybe yaks too.

If you want to be efficient with some reward, do slayer.

I like the red spider and bandits idea. With eoc its faster not to be afk as you can use abilities to kill faster.

Thanks Tyler. I think you have the best recommendations. I've tried Fire Giants; I absolutely annihilate them...they give great experience. However, it takes a while getting there. I think I'll try the spiders and maybe Hellhounds if I can find them anywhere but in the Wilderness.

In no time.

I used to train to at frost dragons, they are giving 1947 exp per kill and i kill them in less then 30seconds..
I also think that steel and iron dragons are giving 1947exp per kill too (im not sure) you can check this if you want by yourself or Rs wiki..
Im on iPod so i can't check it atm

But frost dragons are really awsome if you are good the exp can go over 250K exp/ph
