Nitm's Brief 1-99 Strength Guide

This is a very brief 1-99 strength guide that I quickly put together. I hope it's okay.

Tips
- Use potions such as super sets/extremes/overloads
- Use the best equipment you can
- Bring a spec weapon such as a dds for faster exp
- Be motivated and have fun!

Recommended Equipment
Head: Helm of Neitiznot/Full slayer helm
Cape: Fire cape/skill cape
Necklace: Glory/Fury
Weapon: Dragon scimitar/brackish blade/saradomin sword
Body: Bandos chestplate/fighter torso/torva
Gloves: RFD gloves/regen bracelet/combat bracelet
Legs: Bandos tassets/dharoks platelegs
Ring: Berzer ring/warrior ring
Boots: Dragon boots
Shield: Dragon defender

Levelling up!
1-10: Chickens
Location: North-east of Lumbridge Castle
Level: 1
Xp/hour ~10k, Gp/hour ~15k
OR Goblins
Location: East of Lumbridge Castle
Level 2:
Xp/hour: ~12k, Gp/hour: ~5k

10-30: Cows
Location: North-east of Lumbridge Castle
Level: 2
Xp/hour: ~20k, Gp/hour: ~60k

30-40: Barbarians
Location: Barbarian Village
Level: 9-10
Xp/hour: ~25k, Gp/hour: ~45k

40-60/99: Rock crabs
Location: North-east of Rellekka
Level: 13
Xp/hour: ~40k?, gp/hour: ~70k?

60-80/99: Giant spiders
Location: Stronghold of Security (3rd floor)
Level: 50
Xp/hour: ~50-60k, Gp/hour: ~None

80-90/99: Monkey Guards
Location: Ape Atoll
Level: 167
Xp/hour: ~150k, gp/hour: ~5k?

90-99: Armoured zombies
Location: Chaos Temple Dungeon
Level: 85
Xp/hour: ~150k, gp/hour: ~150k

it's not the same xp rates

Ok well I didn't take that into consideration, and this isn't even a 'proper' guide, it just shows what I did to get 1-99 strength.

I dont know about eoc methods/armours, but some of those things are not good on "old" rs!
Slayer helm is not wise move for training combat if ur not doing slayer tasks, so its giving only lil bit def bonuses!
Cape: those capes are correct choises, but if u are using stab weapon like chaotic rapier, then should use cape like Ardougne cloak.
Legs: Torag legs work aswell.
I didn't wrote this for being mean or anything, I just thinked to help this guide lil bit, and I think this will work on eoc too, but im not sure
