Honestly, I'm curious to find out how many times people normally go to the potty. I have friends that say they poop over 3 times a day and I have other friends who say they poop once ever 2-3 days. Once a Day. It depends really.. If I eat less, then I wont need to poop alot and if I eat more, I will need to poop more. It also depends on if you are wearing tight clothes which makes you poop even more.

I strive to keep a healthy regular diet, so when I need to release some excrement, as I poop you get that nice feeling and saw "aah".
