    Alright here is what I think. Going for the huge goal from the offset is going to be difficult unless you have the mental willpower to be there all the way in training. That's long hours and whole days if you are looking to get it as fast as possible.

    I would say:

    -All the money draining skills such as summoning/construction work on them last. (Firemaking is cheap anyway so that is an exception.

    -Training the AFK skills first to 99 is a really good idea. It's less of a challenge and makes the task as a whole less daunting.

    -Become a Dungeoneering pro, it is the best skill in terms of fun.

    - Finally break up the whole goal into smaller goals, such as either 99 at a time or leveling up one-two times per day.

    and ofcourse have some video's loaded up when AFK skilling so you don't get too bored.
