So its mid cross country season and im running between 6-10 miles a day so I have to start eating more food otherwise my body will start to give in. a week ago i weighed myself 138.4 lbs started eating 2 more full sized meals a day with constant snacking, weighed today, 132.8 lbs... dafuq??????

But for real, you're probably just dehydrated. You can't lose that much weight while increasing your calorie intake without losing a lot of water. You're probably pissing brown while I type this.
