Title says most of it. I won a Purple Partyhat one and a half month ago at Cora's 12.5b dropparty, I sold it for 740m back then and started gambling, my stack went down a lot and then fluctuated from 400-700m. I got my account back which was +120m, lost 70m to the guy who bought Razil's acount (or Razil himself, I don't know.), won 100m bet, ... After I won the partyhat I got involved in the clan, got to know some people, and then made a host application. First post on forums, yup, I'm one of the guys. Big hopes, like a lot of you people have. After a few weeks I figured that it was an almost impossible job to become a host, seeing all the people that have been here for months. I thought I would end up cleaned and lonely, even though then still I atleast would've been able to set my thoughts on something else other than irl stuff. I might explain the irl stuff later, but I'm not sure if you guys really care (it are emotions, watch out).
I didn't give up on becoming a host, I just figured that getting to know the hosts and regurarly help out the clan and becoming a veteran would be better than being someone that joins Cora, tries his best to get accepted for a week, gets cleaned and leaves. And then I heard about new rankups, Slash for example. There was a lot of confusion, especially about Charlie who supposedly got ranked (Andy said he got accepted but then afterwards said he didn't.) but didn't. I didn't even know I had a pm (even though I was on forums) untill a few hours later I checked my mail and saw I a got a pm, saying I got accepted. What? The first thing I literally said to the hosts in cc/chatbox/ts was: 'Is Andy high or hacked?'. Then I got confirmed by some hosts that it's true and then I got confirmed by Andy himself. I really didn't believe it.
I also realise there are a lot of people that think others deserved it more than me or that are just jealous because I got accepted so quickly. I hope I can change those people's minds by me being a good host, which I am trying to be.
Right before I got accepted I started a flipping log, trying to make my way back to my partyhat (making 10m the first day), which would take like a month. If I would be lucky while flipping. This thread is to continue my road to my Purple Partyhat, hosting instead of flipping. I decided to quit gambling and not call any bets unless they're under 500k (I tried calling everything under 1m but I ended up losing 4m, gf my rolls) or if it's not getting called and other people want to bet (I rather lose a bet than having a high downtime on being able to host).

Day 1: 40m made -> 678m (771m)
Day 2: 33m made -> 711m (804m)
Day 3: 47m made -> 758m (851m)
Day 4: 32m made -> 688m (783m) (paid fees first time ever so went -100m, also lent out 2m to a friend)
Day 5: Made completely nothing. I woke up, went to the dentist, came back, was online for 30 mins, went to a family party, came back and went to sleep.
Day 6: 22m made -> 712m (805m) (friend returned 2m)
Day 7: 4m made -> 716m (809m)
Day 8: 12m made -> 728m (821m)
Day 9: Made nothing, too busy irl.
Day 10: 15m made -> 746m (836m) (friend returned 3m)
Day 11: 29m made -> 775m (865m) (lost 5m because of a stupid misstake of mine, I got fucked over mentally at the end and then realised I forgot recording after I started hosting again. Gf my memory, sorry about the people involved, everyone was refunded. P.S.: hosts aren't bots. We're just human and make misstakes.)
Day 12: 16m made -> 791m (881m) (only hosted at night o.o Uh... I would have phat tomorrow if it weren't for the person who I lent out money to, but... Technically I'm at my goal : ))
Day 13: 13m made -> 804m (894m)
Day 14: Made nothing.
Day 15: Made nothing.
Day 16: 13m made -> 817m (907m) (Ended up calling OPV/Starks bets, he started with 200k, kept on calling his rewagers, lost 13m to that : D But fun times.)
Day 17: 15m made -> 832m (922m)
Day 18: 25m made -> 857m (947m)
