the pendants are pretty much exp lamps except they make you do the skill if you want to get the extra exp. At least herblore is a good one to get it for.

Well basically as i found out how to advertise on multiple accounts, i made 10 advertising accounts and i noticed you get 3 spins a day when member, so obvs i get 30 spins a day, so thats pretty much how i got 3 rares in a week. Lol.
