However, if you look at the etymology of the the word, Sport, then; yes, it is:
Sport comes from the Old French 'desporter', meaning to amuse, divert, play. This sense of the word can still be seen in the phrase, 'good sport' or 'in sport' (i.e. in jest).
Dicing, I'm sure you'd all agree, is a source of entertainment for many of us. Hence, dicing is a sport in the growingly archaic use of the word.
