I just created a new account, I can give it all the money I want, but when I try to return it it appears i only got 25K limit, now the question is, If i buy full members does the limit get removed?

I think you have to continuously keep membership on it.
Not sure though. Fagex are being money-whores doing that.

Once you give the account mems, the 25k shit will be gone, once the mems has run out, the 25k shit should still be gone.

If you want to transfer the cash to a different account, just multi-log or get a friend do kill you in the red portal. They can then trade the cash to your main or whatever account you want it on.
