Some hosts were complaining as well, it only shows up if you use google chrome it seems.

Heres what I think.
Multipod.pixelupload.us or whatever the site is called is a site like megaupload. Users upload and download things from there regularly, and some of it can be malware. So Chrome took the liberty of putting that warning message on basically anything used on a webpage from that site just so they can protect their users. Someone might have a picture from there or something that is triggering it.
