Ruintyras scammed me

I lent ruintyras money and he said he would pay after leaderboard. I wait untill leaderboard. Leaderboard finishes he still hasn't paid me. So another day I confront him, he told me to wait for his gold seller, so I waited while he bets 100m+. He had me up till 1am pst. Then I see him on bbb asking if he can cashin 100m. I said his name and he ignored me. Now he won't pay me he just bets and bets and makes stupid excuses. If he doesn't pay my 2k Cora creds within next week, can he be banned? Oh and can u do an IP check on him and zigzagwrap I feel like they are the same person. TY Inva or Zodz or Strugg or Andy for reading <3 - Superman

From my understanding it is not illegal to bet on two separate accounts, therefore no IP check is needed.

In regards to the 'stolen' 2k credits: It is not Cora's responsibility to look after trades that involve members as our primary role is to host a Gambling site, whereby the hosts are trusted. Therefore it is not in our interest or our obligation to ensure members do not scam other members. Thus, this dispute is not of Cora's concern and should be locked.

Cora has an interest in members scamming other members in that we've adopted the policy that we have a duty of care for our bettors and as such we protect them by banning scammers in cases such as these. It's never been indicated that Superman is looking for a refund from Cora, and rightly so. Cora has never accepted responsibility for trust related issues between members.

However, what I will say is that this is all based on your word, Superman. If there isn't an admission from ruintyras or conclusive evidence then there's no reason that we should be able to take your word over his.

Superman isn't looking for a refund, he's looking for judgement to be served and it should.

This is why this place is turning corrupt by the second. Can't even manage disputes between members.
