Eth did not scam.

Icy said it himself, "I'll give him 7 days to payback" Those loans are implying it is now a LOAN. Did he pay back? YES! SO WHERES THE SCAM? AGAINST ME - he said he'd pay me back if he got unbanned. He you unban him and he pays me, there is absolute no reason to ban him again as he has paid back both LOANS.
As for the section of him causing a problematic atmosphere, have you given him ban warnings? or did u just give him a warning in the chat cause that sure as hell wont do anything.
