    anyone lift weights here to get strong? while playing runescape i always heard people say "yeah i lift weights. oh my max?" and say a low max. anyone max bench 225+ squat 315+ deadlift 315+ and clean 185+?

    I do lol. I'm into powerlifting. I deadlift close to 445 now, bench is around 240, squats around 335, and OHP around 175. I am not into Olympic Lifting though.

    i can't seem to tell the difference between Olympic Lifting and powerlifting and bodybuilding tbh. and that deadlift and squat is so weird. my squat is actually higher than my deadlift which is quite unusual.

    I benched 300, squatted 450, cleaned 300 when I was playing college football. I've since given that up due to injuries.

    I dont lift too much anymore. I tend to do body weight exercises such as hand stands and several 1 hand freezes.
